國聖國小
國聖國小位於彰化市東區，是一所規模精緻、特色鮮明的小學，全校僅6班卻展現高度的教育創新能量。因應2030雙語政策與國際教育發展趨勢，積極推動「英語國際村」計畫，藉由校本課程與沉浸式教學空間，打造學生可親、可感的雙語學習環境。 在課程設計上，結合健康促進主題與SDGs指標，規劃出以AI、VR及機器人教學為核心的國際雙語課程，涵蓋角色扮演、虛擬導覽、跨文化交流等主題，讓學生在真實語境中學習英文，並培養全球素養。 國聖國小的雙語教育不僅是語言教學的深化，更是邁向國際的橋梁。透過創新教學與在地資源結合，學校期望培育具備溝通能力、思辨力與國際視野的未來公民，成為彰化市英語教育的標竿典範。

Guosheng Elementary School is located in the eastern district of Changhua City. It is a small yet distinctive school with only six classes, but it demonstrates a high level of educational innovation. In response to the 2030 Bilingual Policy and the trends in international education, the school actively promotes the “English International Village” project. Through school-based curricula and immersive learning spaces, it creates a bilingual environment that is accessible and engaging for students.
In terms of curriculum design, the school integrates health promotion themes with the SDGs, planning an international bilingual curriculum centered around AI, VR, and robotics education. This includes topics such as role-playing, virtual tours, and cross-cultural exchanges, enabling students to learn English in authentic contexts and develop global competence.
Guosheng Elementary School’s bilingual education is not merely an extension of language instruction but serves as a bridge to internationalization. By combining innovative teaching with local resources, the school aims to cultivate future citizens with strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a global perspective, becoming a benchmark for English education in Changhua City.
