華德福實驗學校
1.學校簡介 Brief Introduction of the School:
Hsinchu Waldorf Experimental School is a publicly funded Waldorf school located in Hsinchu City, Taiwan. It was officially established in 2014 with the elementary division, and expanded in 2019 to include a junior high division, making it the first newly founded public Waldorf experimental school in Taiwan.
New School Buildings (Completed in 2024): With a total investment of nearly NT$700 million, the new facilities include buildings for kindergarten, elementary, and junior high, as well as a multifunctional hall, library, activity center, and health center. The environment is designed to foster aesthetic and holistic education.
Learning through Nature, Art, and Craftsmanship: The curriculum includes farming, woodworking, clay modeling, watercolor painting, drama, and music.
Season-based School Year System: The academic year is divided into four seasonal terms (spring, summer, autumn, winter), each lasting around 10 weeks, with a shorter summer break to maintain a balanced rhythm of learning and rest.

Available school dormitory rooms: 2 rooms, each 20 ping in size, with a capacity of 4 people per room. The school's internet connection is reliable. Air conditioning is available in each room. There is a private bathroom for showering and personal hygiene.
